Transshipment of Russian exports oil through the port of Primorsk has increased by 3.6 times compared with the same period of 2008 – up 3.9 million tons, the port official report reads.
Growth of export oil transshipment had been earlier reported by PortNews agency at 1.5% – up to 68 million tons
