Hanjin Shipping rates again in Asia – Europe trade

  • Hanjin Shipping is restoring freight rates in Asia – Europe trade effective December 14th, 2009.

    The amount of rate restoration for all shipments from Asia (Far East, South East, and IPBC) to North Europe/Mediterranean is USD200 per TEU, USD 400 per FEU, and the Middle East to North Europe/Mediterranean is USD 150 per TEU and USD 300 per TEU.

    Hanjin Shipping comments, “Though we are trying to reduce costs by all means it is inevitable for us to restore freight rates in order to maintain the quality of service to our customers.”
